What does Nourish taste like?

Natural raspberry. Nourish is a superfood greens blend, but it's flavored with natural raspberry and sweetened with stevia, with 0 g added sugar and 20 calories per scoop. Mix one scoop with 4–8 fl oz of water, almond milk or oat milk. You can also mix it with MBJ, which is natural vanilla.

How is this different from a regular multivitamin or protein powder?

Each formula covers a different part of your nutrition: 21 g of protein per scoop in MBJ, vitamins and minerals in Essentials, and a probiotic with prebiotic fiber in Nourish.

How do I take them?

Mix one scoop of MBJ or Nourish with 4–8 fl oz of water, almond milk or oat milk, and take 3 Essentials capsules with water. Each can be taken with food or on an empty stomach.
