  • What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Returns & Refunds

  • What is Nutrilinq’s return policy?
    We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first jar of any Nutrilinq product. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of purchase (minus any shipping, handling fees, VAT, import taxes, or duties). Refunds only apply to the first jar of our products; subsequent orders of the same product and certain limited edition items are not eligible for return.
  • How do I start a return for a Nutrilinq product?
    To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@nutrilinq.com within 30 days of purchase. We’ll guide you through the process and provide instructions for returning your item. For 3- or 6-month subscriptions, only unopened and unused jars are eligible for a refund, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable processing fees.
  • Can I get a refund if I’m outside the 30-day guarantee?
