Refund policy
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your first jar of any Nutrilinq product, you may request a return within 30 days from the purchase date. Please note, the refund will be issued minus shipping, handling fees, VAT, import taxes, or duties. Refunds only apply to the first jar of our products; subsequent orders of the same product do not qualify for a return.
Returns and refunds do not apply to non-consumable merchandise, such as storage containers, items purchased on sale, or limited edition items, including Sample Packs, Gift Sets, or Special Formulations. Any refund issued is subject to a processing fee, which will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
If you have purchased a 3- or 6-month subscription, we require unopened jars to be returned. Customers must provide images of the unopened products, and refunds will only be issued for sealed, unused inventory in sellable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses, including tracking. Nutrilinq cannot cover return fees. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
Please note that refunds and exchanges are not applicable to subsequent subscription shipments or auto-renewals, even if they have been billed, paid, or shipped. No exceptions.
Requests for refunds outside of the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period cannot be accepted.
Nutrilinq reserves the right to approve or deny any return or refund request in accordance with the above conditions or on a case-by-case basis.
